Entrevista
A recruiter would contact you by phone and speak with you and ask you abut your other jobs and experiences. Then they would follow up with another phone interview and if the company was interested in you they would schedule a interview with the bank manager. If the bank manager really liked you then they would schedule you with a panel interview at another bank with two other managers and two other bank employees.

They were basically your typical interviewing questions. They also would do scenario situations and ask you how you would handle the situation or what you would do.
You submit the online application, do an online questionnaire, get contacted by a recruiter, do a interview over the phone, go do an interview with the banking center manager, do a background test, get fingerprinted, then finally show up to work for about a month of training.

Entrevista
The initial interview process was terrible. The HR rep emailed me to schedule a phone interview (phone screening). They missed the interview and I got an email later that evening to reschedule. They were late to the reschedule interview. The rep forwarded my info to the hiring branch manager. They spelled her name wrong and I felt so embarrassed for getting a relatively simple name incorrect. The interview was weird. They were workers and employers constantly leaving and coming. They were professional and they provided pertinent info to the job that one might not think to ask such as the dress code, no sitting policy, etc.
