On that interview, they do role plays, and about experiences with different customers and how you took care of that. After that, they select a few and call for an interview with a manager who you are going to work for. If that manager likes you, she will call you.

The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.

Entrevista
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
