I put my resume out on the web, and several recruiters contacted me. Once I decided on which recruiter best suited me, I responded and an interview was scheduled. I went in and interviewed with 2 different people at the agency and filled out all the paperwork. I had a drug, credit and criminal background check done, and started the job two days later.

Had an interview with three different people all asking various questions however I didn't get the feeling they even discussed what they were to ask of my experience.
