Went into Bank of America. Met with the store manager who was looking to hire. Asked me a series of questions regarding my skills and what I was looking for in the job. The work culture seemed great and the people were all in their 20's and friendly. It seemed professional and fun.

The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.

The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
