The hiring process is very smooth. They are very professional and are quick to respond. Everyone from the HR representative to the hiring managers were straightforward and didn't hide anything from you.

I was invited for an interview for a fixed term contract via a recruiter. I sat down afew questions and pleasantries were exchanged and then I got 'This cv got though the algorithm because of who you've worked for [in the past] then passed comment on the amount if contract work I've done despite interviewing for a contract role. It was dismissive and unprofessional — essentially telling me I was only there by accident, despite them inviting me in the first place. Thinking back it probably wasn't the best fit but the words still stung. Bullet dodged.
