Entrevista
The two phone interviews included both behavioral and technical questions relating to the position. The Interviewers I encountered were open, inviting and easy to converse with. I talked with the team manager, department supervisor and several team members during multiple interviews. They always put me at ease so I was relaxed while talking to them. I asked many questions and the conversations always flowed naturally. I then received an offer letter with a salary higher than expected. The on-boarding staffers were friendly, very welcoming and helpful. In fact, they were excited for me that I had joined the organization.

Questions were pretty basic, seeking how you would potentially fit within the culture and if you had the required skill-sets. A basic, non-technical question was, What do I see myself doing in five years?

1) 1 hour Phone interview with Project Manager went really good.
2) 70 minutes of Technical interview via phone (3 Indian employees)
Second one went good too, however, because of an accent I couldn't understand them. Also, they were no idea what I was saying. They were developer in background and I am more into System Administration. I provided different ways of implementation, which are GITLAB and Jenkins. They kept me asking only about Jenkins.

Entrevista
Friendly, technical discussion, lasted about an hour. Had already been working as a vendor to the company prior to being offered a position. Having a pre-existing relationship with the key players was very helpful in establishing credibility with the hiring manager. The interview focused on server/network operating systems, network design and desktop support capabilities.
