HR emailed me fora phone call, and had it a few days later.
About a week later I got a call from another person in HR asking if I wanted to continue, her email got into junk for some reason, and I said yes, and provided the documents she asked for, mainly showing I am allowed to work for them permanently. Then she scheduled the technical interview with the team for almost a month later.
When it finally happened it was with Skype for business. There was a woman and three guys. The first part was aptitude questions, like giving examples of dealing with difficult situations. These were all asked by the woman, she was the only one with the webcam on, the others had their avatar, and I was explicitly asked to keep my webcam on. When she was done with her questions, two of the three guys started asking technical questions, I don't know what the third one was there for. None turned on their webcams during the whole interview, and here the woman turn off hers.
The technical interview was scenario based, two scenarios, and asked to create a data model. Also asked a few questions about my previous role as a Data Architect. The lamest part of the interview was that the data model was to be drawn by hand on paper by me and then showed and described through the webcam. I had to contain myself from laughing when doing this, they almost asked me to fax it to them (this is sarcasm, they didn't). You get 15 minutes per scenario, I finished each in about 4 minutes. I got zero feedback, they were just going "ok, ok".
At the end the woman asked if I had any questions, I started asking questions about the culture, about the team, about the tech stack, eventually it was obvious I was not expected to ask anything and was told to ask "those kinds of questions" to HR. So the called finished.
Two weeks later I emailed HR asking for an update, and two weeks after that still nothing. Ghosted.
This interview showed total lack of respect for candidates. If you are going to interview here, be ready for this.
