There are two round interview. The first round is interviewed by two managers and an assessment of AML (case study asking if you will consider the transaction as suspicious and report to JFIU). And the second round is interviewed by the HR.

1) Written Test (Two case studies in Chinese) 2) Final Interview (Conducted in Chinese) The written test was fine. However, interview experience with the two management team members, namely the senior manager, was unpleasant. The interviewers smirked during my self-introduction, and made a lot of unnecessary assumptions such as commenting on my other jobs applications and accused me of not being prepared for the interview which rendered the whole interview unprofessional. When talking about the expected salary, the interviewers were in total shock, raising their eye brows and commenting that I asked for too much, their offer was 14,500. I tried to explain to them that my expected salary is reasonable through my understanding of the market and their competitors, however, they accused me of my lack of understanding and I was being too aggressive. Finally, I was also told by the interviewer that one must do 5 cases per day, and that each cases should take no more than 2 hours to complete.
