Was found by a headhunter. One initial interview over lunch with dept manager, and one jointly with manager, and division head. Resume submitted, and interviews were both were casual. Seemed more of a "gut feel" sort of decision.

Entrevista
I reached out to the hiring manager on Linkedin. They swiftly replied and asked me to have a phone call. A recruiter then coordinated the call and an in person interview. I met with two people from the team and was made an offer the following week. They were very professional and the entire experience was positive.
