after I submit online, I receive a call from HR, make an appointment. Than Just a phone call interview, asking some simple questions. Then will tell you when they will move on the face-to-face interview.

I went into an interview room where I waited for a few minutes. The Head of Mortgage came in, introduced himself, and told me about the job. He asked some questions, asked me if I had any questions, and that was that.

I used to be in charge of mortgage, I left on my own, I'm back now. Run of the mill questions. They all used the same questions and I knew how to address them. Nothing that would help select the best possible candidate.
