They called me from a number that my phone listed as suspected spam. They said they found my resume online at monster.com and wanted to bring me in for an information session. It sounded like they outsource the representative that called me. It sounds really fishy. I would be careful with it. She could not answer many questions.

Two rounds and the first one is more of a bref, then if you got called back you got to do one on one interview, a little forward and kinda scary with the way they interview
The interview process was very friendly. I was asked basic questions about myself and was given the opportunity to say why I would be a good fit for the company. I was then escalated to a second interview.

Entrevista
Two interviews, the first is a pitch of why you should work for them, plugging their benefits and anecdotes of successful employees, the second is a 1 on 1 with some pretty straightforward questions "how motivated/driven are you, how well do you learn" just hype yourself up and you get the job.
