Initially contacted by a recruiter describing the unit I applied for and asking why I wanted to work here and describing my experience. Next step was an in person interview with the unit director.

phone interview with HR that you could schedule fiveish questions(?): one asked strengths and weaknesses they gave me options on positions based on the location you gave them, i picked the one that i’ve heard of but if you’re adamant on a specific unit you could ask to keep waiting(?) (that’s what i’ve heard from fellow orientee)
