I had a call with the recruiter and then a call with the nurse manager. The recruiter informed me of the job and did not ask me any interview questions. The actual interview was very conversational and I was only asked a few questions.

Mainly behavioral interview questions that do not pertain to the job. Friendly, but follow-up takes a while. Benefits are adequate, but the pay is not sufficient for the level of work.
