Interview process is clear and the case study which I had to present was relevant to the role I was applying for. All previous conversations were informative and gave me a good overall understanding of the company.

Previous experience, reason for applying and interest
Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Bannerflow (Estocolmo, ).
Entrevista
Lengthy but manageable. There were many assessments ranging from abstract thinking tests, personality tests, a mock-customer call, and multiple phone and video calls. I honestly appreciated this amount of vetting, as it showed they want someone for the long-term that matches their company and culture --- not just a seat-filler.
I was in the final stage before official offer but due to outside factors, I couldn't feasibly continue to picture relocation as a viable option. Remote work is not an option except for temporary circumstances and I owed Bannerflow the transparency they also gave me about this. If my situation hadn't changed or if remote work are more accepted there, I see no reason as to why I wouldn't be part of the team.
I found the interview process (and people) to be some of the most respectable I've come across in any job search of my career. Although there was a lot of red tape, I never felt like a number. They contacted me with updates when things took a bit longer than they'd anticipated and took the time to listen to my questions.
If you have an opportunity to interview with them, I wish you luck! It's a pleasant experience :)
