Within a few days of applying for the position, I was contacted to participate in a phone interview. That interview was pleasent. The HR rep was very nice and very open about the position and what the department was looking for. Within the next week, I was then contacted to come in for a panel interview. I think this was probably the best interview I've been on. The panel was extremely open and easygoing. No pressure at all. I wish all interviews are the Baptist way.
