So I got called by a recruiter for a first interview, who I will never forget because he really loved my interview and really tried to get me at baptist . I did about 5/6 interviews with baptist for this position and every interview I did not get ! They were very strict in every interview. My very last interview I was asked 1 question after the person who contacted me via zoom saw what I looked like . I knew deep down I would not be happy at baptist but I tried for the benefits . This company seems very robotic and not personable at all !
