The interview process is exhausting. It’s multiple stages consisting of initial screening, interview with manager/supervisor, and peer interviews. The entire hiring process is too long a easy to think they forgot about you. You need patience with any position you may interview for with this company.

Initial phone interview with the rehab manager followed by a face to face interview with the presence of the rehab manager, supervisor, and peers. Questions that involve common day-to-day situations and how to respond to them, and clinical questions.

Entrevista
Very thorough, people were friendly. I prepared the night before and felt that the questions were fair. Pleasant process with little waiting time. I spoke on two rounds of interviews before being called in for an onsite visit.
