One phone call, last in person. Very to the point and in good timely manner. They ask questions about your work experience and give you personality questions to see how you would have handled a situation

I was given a lot of information and felt all my questions were answered. I was offered more money and better schedule at another hospital however I felt really confident with the manager I interviewed with so I took this job. However, a few major details about scheduling was left out that would have swayed my decision in regards to scheduling after orientation. My advice is to make sure you 100% know schedule expectations.
