The inperson interview lasts around 30 minutes and involves a single stage. It includes a range of competency-based questions in a standard interview format to assess key skills and suitability.
Excellent, Simple and well managed. Was a pleasure to meet the sous chef and the General manager. Interview was in London and was a 1 hour meeting with the GM and a two hour trial in the kitchen
