Thorough with a mix of questions and scenarios to test how you would respond in different situations that may occur at work. Shown around the building and introduced to lots of staff members.

i was invited into the inner room where the manager and the assistant staged me into so many question. after answering then , they took me round the care home and showed me around. very nice and lovely people to be with.
