Most unprofessional hiring experience out of the 41 different companies I applied to for apprenticeships. After the application process which I submitted 2 days after the postion opened on the 16th of September, I was invited to complete an online assement, where I applied for reasonable adjustments with Barlcays, I filled out the form that they sent and waited for 3 days for a confirmation email saying my adjustments were applied, so I assumed the were applied as I had to complete the online assement as I only had 5 days from when they sent it, over 2 weeks later I recieve an email in early October saying they were not applied, asking if I would like to retake the assement to which I decline. I then follow up with an update and ask for a report of how I proformed in the online assement to which they send me, however I fail to understand why they would hold onto automaticly generated reports that many other companies I have applied to automaticlly send to you. In early January around the 5th I recieve an invite to complete a survey which asks for my details, according to the job posting this is the final step before final interview, I am aware of other people who have applied to the same and postion and heard back in November and had a response 1 week after they submitted the survey, as well as other people for different roles recieving a final stage invite with their survey. I would be fine if they ghosted me and didn't reply however the recruiter sends the same same telling me they still in the process of shortlisting which they are not for the program.
