It was very long. It consisted of a series of video questions where you had to rank answers based on how you would react in a given situation. It must have taken about 2 hours to complete.

HireVue, online aptitude tests, numerical reasoning (lots of time pressure) and motivational questions eg Why Barclays, why IB, what division, etc
Not much more to process, but a long wait for a decision from them
Completed an online assessment and submitted my cv and then was invited to do an online interview with an associate for the specific team I applied for and it took 30 mins

Initially just application submission and online tests and then once selected for the spring there is an in person Assessment Centre which includes 2 in person interviews, one competency and motivational interview and one case study.
