I think mainly hiring done by VP and senior level so unable to advise how the interview going on . Currently hiring is freeze in the company also there is certain lay offs

Entrevista
They will make you sit from 9AM, start the interview process after 11AM and just to share the aptitude and written round result make you wait till 5:30PM. really unorganised. By the time you will be up for the real Ops round you will be completely exhausted. it will not happen before 5PM. just because a jobseeker is in need they keep quiet and go through this entire harassment by the HR and Ops managers.
