The interview is task based and all the questions were based on the task undertaken. It was quite interactive and good one. There was too many questions and answers shared in the interview.

Versuch der Abwerbung, allerdings mit schlechten Konditionen und einem wenig zukunftsfähigen und flexiblen Setup. Die Gespräche liefen je nach Gesprächspartner professionell oder eben nicht. Nach mehreren Runden gab es keine Rückmeldung und keine Reaktion auf Nachfragen mehr.

Entrevista
I initially spoke with someone from HR, followed by an interview with a Director. The Director seemed disinterested and very busy, squeezing our call between other meetings. It felt rushed, and he made little effort to review my CV or understand my previous experience.
After a week, I reached out for feedback. The HR representative offered detailed feedback via a Teams call, which I accepted. However, I never heard back. This experience was very unprofessional, and I'm glad my contact with them ended there. I chose not to follow up further, as their behavior spoke volumes.
