Walked in and asked for an application. Immediately after I turned it in, i sat down and had an interview with one of the General Managers. I was asked to come back the next day and interview with the other GM. Very easy process. They didn't ask many questions. Just the general ones about work history, availability, etc.
Easy questions, not related to the role. Behavioral questions and personality assessment. Mostly seeing how you would fit with the work environment. Experience is asked as well. Job offer on the spot.

Simple walk in interview. Interview was maybe 20/30 minutes top. Simple questions and very personable interview. More like conversation. Simple questions like you’d expect. Job history, education, and availability. Offered job on the spot.
