My interview was over the phone and took maybe fifteen minutes. I honostly didn't think it was the interview, but after that I was scheduled for training.
Training is paid, and takes maybe an hour or two. Radford bookstore is very laid back with wonderful management. Highly recommend for a starting college student.

On the phone interview lasting around 20 minutes. The interviewer seemed to be very kind and friendly and did her best to work with my schedule. A couple of questions regarding past experience and availability to work.
