They called me with some questions asking about my availability and why I wanted to work at Barnes & Noble. The caller was very friendly and very kind, taking time to listen to what I had to say. After I answered these questions they scheduled me for an interview with a manager.

Pretty simple, they asked a lot of retail questions and how I would choose to create a personalized table to present new books. The hardest part is getting the interview in the first place

Entrevista
Interview process was pretty straightforward. They asked me about my past experience and how I could apply that as a bookseller. They also took me through the store and had me analyze the displays and shelves, telling them what themes I saw. That was probably the hardest part.
They ask you to describe a scenario regarding picking out a book for a customer. And to specify the contents of the book and genre. It was a pretty laid back interview.
