It was an ok interview. Not structured and the whole time, it was more about what the company stands for which is great....., but.... The interviewer talked more about her management style and how easy going she is. The environment was cramped and cluttered. I left the interview feeling neutral. Not excited and the pay rate discussed was so low. I guess the assistant to a District Manager is of very little value.
