Applied online. Missed the first call to set up an phone interview. Got an email, and used that to set up the phone interview. Phone interview was average. Talked to a hiring team that consisted of two HR representatives and an Engineer. They each introduced themselves and said a little about what they do. Then they turned it over to me to introduce and pitch myself. They asked questions. I asked questions. We ended by confirming when I'd hear back from them, or whom to contact if I didn't. The call lasted sixteen minutes.
