Three rounds of interviews: HR screening, hiring director, and finally an interview with my direct managers. Everything was very conversational, with topics ranging from personal life to BN's corporate strategy. Seems like it would have been a great team company to work with. As I understand, the position ultimately went to an internal candidate.
