The interview process proved to be an extensive and rigorous journey. It commenced with an initial screening by the recruiter, followed by an interview conducted by the interim job holder. Subsequently, a comprehensive 90-minute behavioral interview was conducted, succeeded by an engagement with the CEO. Adding to the intensity, a last-minute panel interview was scheduled with less than 90 minutes' notice, coupled with a request to complete a personality test. Moreover, the potential of immediate travel within 72 hours was discussed. Regrettably, following this intense process, there was no further communication until a month later, conveying the decision not to proceed. Considering the significant time investment, receiving information regarding the decision-making process or even constructive feedback would have been greatly appreciated.
