Had a preliminary phone interview with the HR Rep, basically going over my resume and asking for salary requirements. A week later the HR rep called back and scheduled a phone interview with two managers, one of whom was/is an astronaut and has a profile on Wikipedia! I think i got nervous because of that and maybe faltered in a few responses. The interview itself was behavioral questions and trying to gauge my interest. Also, the pay is really low but you get to work on extremely cool projects and work with great people (from what I observed). Received a generic email a week later letting me know that they had moved onto other applicants.
