Very easy, called me and wanted to get to know me as a person and my skills. I thought that it was a professional yet lax interview. The management team seemed nice enough and willing to hire.

Interview was very short but they seemed very interested in my background and me living abroad in the past. It seemed like we hit it off really well and was told I would hear back in a few days. Its been over 3 weeks now with no response. I don't care how busy you are, find 2 minutes in your day to email the candidate letting them know you aren't proceeding with them. Ghosting is pathetic and makes you look like a weak company.
