I applied through LinkedIn and was constantly almost immediately by a talent acquisition specialist. I had a brief phone interview and then an in-person interview a few days later. I met with 3 managers - two whom interviewed me together and one who interviewed me separately. There was nothing unique or challenging about this process.

Pretty straight forward. Initial phone call to get to know you. Mostly for you to ask questions.
Next is in person interview. Talk to manager and they ask you basic interview questions. Past jobs. Strengths weaknesses.

Entrevista
Had a phone screen and then and in person interview with 2 managers. Was there for about 2 hours. Just a casual conversation with both managers. They are really looking for people who are personal and they don't particularly care about your knowledge about the company when you come in for the interview. After the in person interview, I heard back from the person who did my phone screen later that afternoon basically telling me that I got the job. Was emailed with an offer the next day.
