This interview was with one of the schools within Baruch College. I went through 5 rounds of interviews with more than 10 people. Due to the relationship with the ISSS office, I was asked to meet with the head of that office for a separate interview despite having met with this individual once before. I was happy to oblige, however after 5 rounds of interviews no one ever contacted me again to even give me the courtesy of letting me know I wasn't selected. I enjoyed meeting with many of the people I'd be working with directly but the interdepartmental bureaucracy will make me think twice before ever seeking employment with CUNY again.
The meeting was efficient and professional, marked by mutual respect and a collaborative spirit that encouraged open dialogue, constructive feedback, and a genuine exchange of ideas and perspectives. I was able to discuss the role in key details
