Applied, HR screening, next step discussed however the people team went silent. 2-3 weeks went by and still no reply. Finally learned that the HR team had internal mobility occur and they neglected to follow up with their candidate pipeline.

What's your leadership style? What is your background in MarTech?
The toxic company reviews are true, and the treatment carries over into job interviews. I was slated for 30 minutes, but then was told the day of the interview that I was only getting 15 minutes. Seems like there was a preconceived agenda before having a conversation with me.
It was obvious that my resume was not reviewed before the call. If my resume was reviewed, the hiring manager would have known that I have experience targeting their ICP.
Also, really never good practice to gender bias a candidate during an interview. One company review refers to it, and it did happen during the interview. No need to go into detail, but it does happen here.
