I was an employee referral. My interview was last minute with the customer. Company had only pre-screened briefly and relied heavily on the employee who referred me to vouch for my skills and experience. Only met with company owner briefly before the actual interview at the customer site (had one additional phone call prior to discuss resume and describe the program). Interview took place in a conference room with two other individuals (Head Program Manager and the Lead Linux Engineer for Operations). They proceeded to review my resume in place and generated questions based off my past experience to see if I met their needs. The interview was straightforward.
