Hiring process was straight forward. It involved and initial phone interview, then an interview with a direct supervisor, and a final with a store manager. Orientation was efficient.

Entrevista
Two people, fairly simple. Asked lots of typical questions and had me perform a role play in a customer service situation. I would have enjoyed a more difficult experience but I got an offer quickly and communication was fast.

Was referred to this job opening by a fellow neighbor who let me know that they were hiring for this position. I was called for a first interview with the customer service manager, which went very well due to my previous experience. I received a call for a second interview a week later.

Entrevista
Initial interview with HR rep,was asked basic questions, told basic rules and dress code. Then called back for interview with Department Manager where I was asked some tougher questions and a final interview with Store Manager and Operations Manager where an offer and acceptance were made. I was then scheduled for an orientation date and started that week.
