I had a group interview in which after answering some basic questions names, previous jobs, would they hire us back and why did we leave. The manager told us to present him with a commercial to sell bath and body works to him as well as sell ourselves to why we should be hired.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
basic interview on your commong skills in the workplace asking questions like what was a difficult experience you had and how did you deal with it, what are your strong and weak points, etc.
