I was actually in the mall after an interview at another company wasting time for a friend to meet me for a girl's night and I wandered into B&BW. They had a display of soaps out front that have the little beads in them and being the klutz that I am, I thought it was hand sanitizer. I asked if I could wash it off somehow and the manager Vicky kindly brought me some wet wipes. I asked if they had any part time positions open and she said that they were and I filled out an application on the spot. She was very nice, we chatted a little bit and I told her that my other interview had gone very well and that if she wanted to set up an interview it would have to be quick. She called me the very next day wanting to set up an interview the day after that. I came in for my interview the next day and the co-manager Jill asked me to grab my favorite scent and meet her on the bench outside. She was very sweet and asked lots of great questions! When we were done she said that she would call my references but that the job was pretty much mine. I got a call from Vicky later that day offering me the job and I start training tomorrow.
