mostly situations about how to handle difficult customers. Overall a fairly low-pressure interview. I interviewed with the assistant manager. the most significant questions were around availability. everyone seemed friendly and upbeat. Being a fan of the products is important

The interview process was very easy, but straight to the point. Asked what are some of my strengths and weaknesses, if I had experience in retail before, and my willingness to have a flexible schedule and hours of availability.

Very short process, liked the job but unfortunately I had another job offer I had preferred more, went ahead to decline the offer but would work with them in the future

phone interview; the woman doing it was rude and stupid. she denied my application because I didn't call her at our scheduled time even though every other phone interview the company calls you. when I told her that she very rudely said she's "never heard of that" so I hung up.
