I had to choose my favorite BBW product, then "sell" it to the interviewer (i.e., tell her why it's wonderful and she can't live without it). Then I was given an apron and placed on the floor for them to see how I would interact with customers. ("Hi! Welcome to Bath and Body Works! Can I help you find anything today?") I was supervised while on the floor, so I didn't feel stressed about not knowing minute details.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
