The interview process was amazing. She asked me questions about how I would or have handled difficult customers, challenges with fellow staff, and my skills. She made the interview feel very easy going and a safe space where we could have a genuine conversation about both of our wants and expectations with the job.

Very superficial, they will rate you out of 10 on looks and more before they decide to hire you. There is no office so interviews are conducted in the back store in a crammed area with no privacy.
