Came in and spoke with manager at the time in the back of the store. Interview was no longer than 30 minutes. Manage let me know the hours available. I was then called back to start training

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
