there were 3 phases of interviews with questions and sales role-play. In the role-plays, one person had to be the salesperson and the other a customer, the manager would go through a specific situation. it was very stressful

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
