Super easy. Spoke with manager for 10 minutes and was then introduced to team and was called back 1 hour later with job offer. Seemed as though the manager spoke with rest of the team to gain first impression before extending formal offer.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
