First Interview is with four faculty or staff in an open classroom and depending on the discipline of the applicant, sometimes a teaching demonstration will be required. The second interview will be with the division dean and preference is usually given to adjuncts already teaching at BRCC. Dress nice, be professional, and it always helps to have adjunct experience or know someone at the college.
