This interview process began well but I was very unsatisfied and unimpressed with the company by the end. A few reasons why: 1. The process took over a month and a half. I was asked to come in for an in-person interview (with no mention of it being a "first round" interview) which lasted about an hour and a half as I met with several people. After my first interview, they asked me to come back for a second in-person interview a couple of weeks later. 2. During my second interview, I was unsure why I had to come in in-person. I met with the same people as before and they asked me if I had any questions. This could have been done over the phone. 3. During this process, I was offered a job from a different company. I then called the HR contact at Baudville to politely ask them what their timeline was for making an offer. At this point, it had been drawn out for almost two months. Her response was that they had already made an offer to another candidate. Bottom line, it is extremely disrespectful (and unprofessional) to put someone through such a rigorous interview process and neglect to let them know what the outcome was. I've heard of less intense interviewing processes for Fortune 100 companies. I understand that the company needs to make sure they are finding a good fit, but for an entry level job, this was disrespectful of the prospective hire's personal time. BE CAREFUL when applying here. If you receive an offer from another company, do not put that offer on hold, as you may never hear back from Baudville.
