Interviews with the line manager was straight to the point . Interview with HR was with a part timer who was very direct and insisted on knowing a start date.
Straight forward using star approach , using demonstrable examples and real world examples building in learning , be prepared to show how you have grown and where you have failed and learnt from that , also how using team work and broader stakeholder mgmt
