Very unorganized. My interview time was pushed back 1/2 hour but the interviewers weren't informed. I was to meet with two people. The first one took me to the room where the other one was interviewing someone else for the same position. Eventually we found another room after walking around for quite some time. He was texting the entire time trying to inform the other interviewer where we were. The second interviewer arrived so the first one left after never fully engaging in an interview with me. He would require the greatest amount of support between the two so he should have been engaged in the interview. The second interviewer was very good, very engaged, enthusiastic. I would not have accepted a position with the Company based on the lack of organization and engagement.
